It's Christmas, Sydney's Merry! And although she couldn't say it (only "Happy Holidays,") you can see the sheer merriment in her holiday preschool class performance of Jingle Bells.

Gaijin means "foreigner to Japan" and all the stereotypes that go with it... including but not limited to the inappropriate use of chopsticks! We have an inherent ignorance when living in a foreign country and it makes for some very entertaining experiences! Thought we'd share some of them...hope you enjoy!

Thanks! Those are cute little homemade jingle bells, made from popsicle sticks painted green with a bell attached at the end. I tried uploading the video I took, but it's too big for the site. I'll let you know if I can shorten it so it fits...it's adorable, if I say so myself.
